Why do I need a digital policy card?

The digital policy card replaces your physical card. You will find your policy number and our contact details on it. In addition, in the event of a claim, you can access the claim form directly and report your claim.

Can the digital policy card be downloaded to multiple smartphones?

Yes, the digital policy card can be downloaded to multiple smartphones via the download link.

How long is the download link valid for?

The link is valid for 30 days. After that, you will need to register again.

Do I have to provide a telephone number?

The digital policy card cannot be downloaded without specifying a telephone number.

Where can I find my policy number?

The policy number can be found on the physical policy card as well as on the invoice.

What happens when the link expires after 30 days?

The customer data must be entered again, and a newly generated download link will be sent to you.

Where can I find the link to the claim form?

Click on the three dots in the top right. The back of the card is displayed. Now click on the "Report claim" link.

Why can't I download the digital policy card?

Please check that your first and last names match the ones on the policy. Your first and last names appear on the physical policy card as well as on the invoice.

Do I have to download a new card every year?

No, the validity of your insurance is automatically extended after receipt of payment.
